Veritasi Homes & Properties Plc has executed a ₦50 billion Non-Interest Commercial Paper Programme, strengthening its capital structure and deepening its access to structured financing in Nigeria’s capital markets. The transaction was finalized at a signing ceremony in Lagos following necessary regulatory approvals, with Pathway Advisors Limited serving as lead arranger and DETAIL acting as legal counsel.
The ₦50 billion ethical funding platform allows Veritasi Homes to access short-term capital market liquidity without conventional interest structures. Proceeds will directly fund the execution and accelerated delivery of ongoing and upcoming residential developments, including its flagship Camberwall series and premium housing projects in Lagos and Abuja.
Veritasi Homes has built a solid track record in debt capital markets since 2022, previously issuing and fully redeeming conventional CP issuances—including the redemption of a ₦6.13 billion Series 1 issuance under its prior program in April 2026. Management notes that the non-interest structure reflects a strategic shift toward ethical finance and governance-driven growth aimed at reducing the national housing deficit.
