A Gazette Notice lists six major residential developments planned across Nairobi, including a 23-storey tower with 616 apartments in Kileleshwa and three 18-storey blocks with a combined 601 units off Ngong Road.

Six major residential developments are planned across Nairobi, covering Kileleshwa, Westlands, Ngong Road, Dennis Pritt Road and Lang'ata, according to a Gazette Notice.

In Kileleshwa, Arbor Edge Ventures Company Limited proposes a 23-storey residential block with 616 apartments along Githunguri Road, including five basement parking levels, shops, a gym, a swimming pool and a children's play area. Also in Kileleshwa, Sonder Space Development Limited proposes a 21-storey residential block with 212 apartments along Gichugu Road, with two basement levels, parking, a swimming pool, a gym, a sauna and a coffee house.

In Westlands, Nanchong Longines Island Limited proposes a 19-storey residential block with 152 apartments along Westlands Avenue, including parking, a restaurant, a coffee shop, a gym, a swimming pool, laundry facilities and a children's play area.

Off Ngong Road, Nanchong Longines Bay Limited proposes three 18-storey residential blocks with a combined 601 apartments along Kabarnet Road in Kibra, with parking, shops, a swimming pool, a gym and a restaurant.

On Dennis Pritt Road in Kilimani, Harrington Estates Limited proposes a 16-storey residential and commercial development with 550 housing units, 21 offices, 10 shops, parking, a gymnasium and a restaurant. An additional high-rise project is planned in Lang'ata, adding to the proposed developments across the city.
