Pam Golding Properties has relaunched in the Kingdom of Eswatini, marking a new chapter for the South African-founded real estate brand as it celebrates its 50th anniversary.
The relaunch is led by experienced realtor Musawenkosi C. Nhleko, principal and franchise holder of Pam Golding Properties Eswatini, together with his team of specialist real estate professionals. The brand first established a presence in Eswatini in 2003, opening an office in Ezulwini as part of the group's strategic expansion across Southern Africa.
Dr Andrew Golding, Chief Executive of the Pam Golding Property Group, said the relaunch represents an opportunity to build on the brand's legacy in the Kingdom, citing the professionalism and local expertise of the new franchise team. The group operates more than 300 offices across Sub-Saharan Africa and abroad, with a network of buyers and sellers spanning over 45 countries.
For Nhleko and his team, the relaunch represents both an honour and a responsibility to build on the foundations established by the brand's earlier presence in Eswatini. The company said the move reflects its confidence in Eswatini's property potential and its commitment to partnering with experienced local professionals.
The relaunch coincides with the group's 50th anniversary celebrations and its 'I AM PAM' campaign, which pays tribute to founder Pam Golding's vision and the people who have shaped the company's journey.
