Mowe Golf Town Backs Promise With Delivery as Estate Holds Second Allocation of the Year

Mowe Golf Town, a partnership between Legal City and Gidi Real Estate, held its second major home allocation of 2026 on September 3, following a February handover completed less than a year after breaking ground.
Mowe Golf Town held a physical allocation for subscribers on September 3, 2026, marking the estate's second major allocation milestone of the year and reinforcing a delivery record that has set the project apart in Nigeria's real estate sector.
The allocation follows a landmark February 2026 handover when the estate delivered its first completed homes to early investors barely 11 months after breaking ground. Mowe Golf Town is a partnership between Legal City and Gidi Real Estate and Investment Limited, with Legal City managing project delivery and Gidi Civil and Sauve Extrusion handling civil and structural works.
Since April, the estate has more than doubled its built footprint, scaling from 18 structures to over 40 units of two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes at its Green Residences. Construction of the Golf Driving Range and central Games Area is nearing completion, infrastructure works at Creekview are fully underway, and execution has begun on the Golf Town, Golf Club and Golf Cottages, alongside Green Residences Phase Two.
Barrister Adaku Chibuike-Ochiuwa, Co-Founder and Chief Executive of Mowe Golf Town, said selected properties will be handed over from late October into November, with the entire estate targeted to be 100% habitable by December 2026.
The estate's offering spans Green Residences and the forthcoming Golf Town, Golf Club and Golf Cottages, positioning the Mowe development as a master-planned golf estate rather than a conventional land sale.
