Lagos State has sealed more than 20 properties in Ikeja Local Government Area over alleged breaches of physical planning regulations. The enforcement exercise was carried out by the Lagos State Physical Planning Permit Authority (LASPPPA) as authorities step up development control across the city.
The affected properties reportedly include unauthorised developments and structural alterations undertaken without required approvals.
