K-Haven Luxury Homes and Properties has announced plans to commence property development projects in Abuja and Lagos, with a focus on addressing challenges surrounding substandard building construction and the high cost of properties in Nigeria.
The Abuja-based real estate company said it identified a significant gap in the property market — the need for quality construction at reasonable prices — and is positioning itself to provide solutions through professionally managed building projects.
The firm is also opening its services to Nigerians in the diaspora who want to develop properties in Nigeria but cannot physically monitor construction, offering regular updates and progress monitoring so clients can track projects from anywhere.
Founder Kehinde Amure said poor foundations and inadequate engineering practices were major concerns in Nigeria's construction sector, adding that many building collapses in Lagos and Abuja stem from these problems.
K-Haven said the expansion into Abuja and Lagos is part of a broader strategy to give Nigerians access to quality housing and professionally managed property development, while its diaspora services aim to give investors confidence through proper project supervision and transparency.
