Goldsyn Group Unveils 46-Villa City Vallanza Development in Accra

Written on

Ghana's Goldsyn Group has launched City Vallanza, a 46-villa residential development along Liberation Road in the Airport precinct, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028.

Goldsyn Group has officially unveiled City Vallanza, a 46-villa residential development introducing a new urban villa concept to Ghana's luxury housing market, at a launch event held in Accra on September 11, 2026.

The event brought together government officials, industry stakeholders, development partners, prospective homeowners and media. The development is located along Liberation Road in the Airport precinct, close to the airport, hotels, schools, healthcare facilities and shopping, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028.

Minister for Works, Housing and Water Resources Ahmed Ibrahim said projects such as City Vallanza demonstrate the contribution of private capital, innovation and entrepreneurship to Ghana's housing sector and the continued transformation of Accra.

"Ghana continues to experience growing demand for quality housing, particularly in our urban centres," the minister said, noting that continued investment by private developers is important to meeting the country's housing needs as urban centres expand.

Goldsyn Group Director of Sales and Marketing Neo Lee said the project goes beyond the traditional definition of luxury by focusing on the overall residential experience, built around three innovations: the separation of pedestrian and vehicle movement, a community-in-a-park concept and private garden spaces.

City Vallanza features separate pedestrian and vehicle movement, private leisure and recreational spaces, security systems and private garden areas, and forms part of Goldsyn Group's growing presence in Ghana's residential property market.
