Four leading real estate institutions join forces to launch Egypt's 1st integrated Open House experience

In a first-of-its-kind collaboration in Egypt, Beltone Mortgage Finance, Property Finder, Coldwell Banker Egypt and Al Ahly Sabbour have joined forces to introduce an integrated Open House concept. Hosted by Al Ahly Sabbour, the three-day experience brings together property discovery, expert real estate advisory, tailored financing solutions and first-hand access to Al Ahly Sabbour's developments on the North Coast.

The initiative, which will take place from 27 to 29 August 2026, will be hosted inside a fully furnished, move-in-ready unit available for sale by Al Ahly Sabbour, located in the first row directly on the beachfront at Amwaj on Egypt's North Coast. The event will also provide access to more than 1,000 move-in-ready units across a number of Al Ahly Sabbour developments, with visitors able to engage directly with sales teams and mortgage financing advisors.

The four partners bring complementary expertise covering the different stages of the homeownership journey. Property Finder enables visitors to explore available real estate opportunities, Coldwell Banker Egypt provides professional advisory services to help clients identify the property that best meets their needs, and Beltone Mortgage Finance offers tailored mortgage financing solutions.

By bringing these capabilities together under one roof, the initiative streamlines multiple steps of the property ownership journey, providing customers with a single point of access to information, expert advice and services from initial property search through to the final ownership decision.
