Exclusive Shelters has partnered with Urban Shelters Infrastructure Limited to launch Phase Two of the Dei-Dei Ultra-Modern Market, a commercial development in Nigeria's Federal Capital Territory (FCT) designed to expand commercial real estate opportunities in Abuja.
In a statement, the companies said the expansion follows the success of the first phase of the project, which attracted significant investor interest, generated returns on investment, and positioned the Dei-Dei Ultra-Modern Market as one of Abuja's emerging commercial destinations.
Managing Director of Exclusive Shelters, Ahmad Bello Kawuwa, said the collaboration reflects the company's delivery record, noting that Urban Shelters has built and delivered projects for decades and does not put its name next to just anyone.
Managing Director of Urban Shelters Infrastructure Limited, Rilwan Aliyu, described the agreement as the beginning of a long-term strategic relationship that will redefine collaboration within Nigeria's real estate industry, adding that the company deliberately chose a partner that has consistently demonstrated credibility and project delivery.
