Cynosure Realty Ltd, Omec Properties and Kopitar Limited have unveiled Amani Abuja, a proposed 15-hectare residential development in the Kabusa-Sheretti area of Abuja comprising three communities.
Cynosure Realty Ltd, in partnership with Omec Properties and Kopitar Limited, has held a pre-groundbreaking press briefing for Amani Abuja, a proposed 15-hectare residential development in the Kabusa-Sheretti area of Abuja.
The briefing, held on August 19, was led by the Chief Executive Officer of Cynosure Realty, Micheal A. Okuboye. According to the developers, Amani Abuja will comprise three complementary communities - Amani Euphoria, Amani Grove and Amani Envoy - with each of the three development partners contributing five hectares to the project.
Okuboye said some preliminary work had already been completed on the site, including the near completion of the gatehouse and the acquisition of the FCDA Certificate of Occupancy, and that a legal search conducted on the property had returned clean findings.
Plot sizes within Amani Euphoria and the wider estate will range from 150 square metres, suitable for three-bedroom terraces, to 600 square metres for luxury villas. Planned facilities include drainage infrastructure, electricity, tarred internal roads, 24-hour CCTV surveillance, perimeter fencing, a swimming pool, boardwalk, games arenas and a recreational centre.
Okuboye said the project was intended to create a planned community rather than simply sell land, with early buyers set to benefit from pre-launch pricing, secured titles, infrastructure development and the anticipated growth of the Kabusa-Sheretti corridor. The developers said the name Amani, which means peace in Swahili, reflects the project's focus on security, planned living and long-term value.
