Devtraco Plus, the premium development arm of Devtraco Group, has unveiled LOTUS at Airport Residential in Accra, a two-tower residential development off Patrice Lumumba Street.
Devtraco Plus has unveiled LOTUS, Airport Residential, its latest development in Accra, at an event held at the group’s head office as the company marks three decades in Ghana’s real estate sector.
The development comprises two 12-storey towers connected by a walkway, bringing together residences, curated commercial spaces, a rooftop lounge, a gymnasium and a rooftop multipurpose sports area.
LOTUS sits off Patrice Lumumba Street, about two minutes from Kotoka International Airport and within walking distance of embassies, international schools and neighbourhood conveniences, placing residents close to major business hubs and premium hospitality destinations.
The scheme features smart-home technology, concierge services, secure access, car services and on-site property management, alongside solar-powered circulation areas, electric vehicle charging stations and backup power and water systems.
Devtraco Plus said the development is positioned to appeal to expatriates, corporate executives, business travellers, returning Ghanaians and internationally mobile professionals, with the combination of location, amenities and management support intended to strengthen rental appeal and support long-term asset value.
