A 1692 wine farm is becoming one of South Africa's most distinctive residential communities. Inspired by European villages, the development blends historic heritage with modern, walkable living.
Nooitgedacht Village is transforming a historic Stellenbosch farm dating back to 1692 into a mixed-use residential estate inspired by traditional European villages.
