Vixion V, a new residential development in Katampe Extension, Abuja, says it is targeting modern homeowners and property investors with a blend of technology-enabled infrastructure, recreational facilities and functional living features.
The developer said demand in Nigeria's capital is increasingly extending beyond conventional housing to developments that integrate convenience, connectivity, recreation, security and efficient use of space, as expectations around residential living continue to evolve.
In a statement by the company's social media manager, Vine Ada-Ehi, the project was described as featuring frame structure construction and sound cavity walls, alongside fibre-optic connectivity, elevator access and basement parking.
The development also lists an indoor private gym, a private cinema and a recreational centre among its amenities.
