Panterra has released its 2026 West Africa Real Estate Market Report and Nigeria Construction Market Report and introduced Panterrium, a digital platform for real estate ownership and investment, at an event in Lagos.
Real estate firm Panterra has unveiled its 2026 West Africa Real Estate Market Report and Nigeria Construction Market Report alongside a new digital real estate ownership and investment platform.
The announcements were made at the company's “Experiencing Panterra: An Evening of Creativity and Insights” event in Lagos, which brought together industry leaders, financial experts and creatives to discuss developments in the West African built environment. The event also featured the launch of Foundations 2026, a creative publication and documentary exploring issues affecting the built environment, with this year's theme centred on “urban dilemmas.”
Panterra's chief executive officer, Tayo Odunsi, said the company's vision was focused on developing integrated real estate ecosystems across the sub-region. The event opened with a fireside session moderated by Ayo Ibaru, Panterra's group chief investment officer, featuring Emmanuel Ilaboya, head of HBM Ready Mix, who represented Lolu Akinyemi, chief executive of HBM PLC. The discussion examined material supply, cement costs and wider economic pressures affecting the construction industry.
Ibaru also presented research on the methodology behind Panterra's Real Estate Investment and Attractive Index as part of the release of the 2026 West Africa Real Estate Market Report, and later joined Jide Benson, founder of CAST Public Relations, to discuss developments and economic trends influencing real estate performance across West Africa.
The company also officially introduced Panterrium, a digital platform designed to provide access to real estate ownership and investment. Fareedah Alaka, project lead for Panterrium, presented the platform's features as it prepares to enter its regulatory sandboxing phase, followed by a discussion between Odunsi and Charles Omoera, chief executive of Sterling Fi, on integrating capital markets with the digital real estate platform.
The launch of Foundations 2026 was led by Nancy Sabo, the project lead and editor, with featured contributors presenting their work and receiving certificates of recognition. Panterra said the event was organised to commemorate key partnerships while showcasing developments in market research, property technology and creative engagement within the real estate sector. The company operates across principal investing, asset management, market research, digital real estate investment and building materials distribution in Nigeria.
