Madinet Masr Launches ETAJE on Final Residential Plot in Taj City

Egyptian developer Madinet Masr has launched ETAJE, a residential and mixed-use project on the last residential plot in its Taj City development in New Cairo, with a targeted sales value of about EGP 6.6bn.
Madinet Masr has launched ETAJE, a residential and mixed-use project on the final residential plot within Taj City in New Cairo, with a targeted total sales value of around EGP 6.6bn.
Located directly on the Ring Road, ETAJE spans approximately 26.4 feddans and is planned across three parcels. The project comprises 20 residential buildings with approximately 600 units, offering one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging in size from about 37 square metres to 133 square metres.
According to the company, structural works are scheduled to be completed within four years. ETAJE will feature landscaped areas, open spaces, water features, pocket parks and a 450-metre green pedestrian spine connecting different sections of the development, with cycling lanes also planned.
Abdallah Sallam, President and CEO of Madinet Masr, said the launch represents the development of the final residential plot in Taj City and forms part of the company's strategy to introduce a diverse range of residential products across its developments. He added that ETAJE was planned around a combination of residential buildings and outdoor spaces, with the pedestrian spine serving as a link between the various areas of the development.
ETAJE forms part of Madinet Masr's broader development strategy in New Cairo, where the company continues to introduce new residential products within its existing communities.
