Special Homes Limited, the property company of Ghanaian businessman Dr Ernest Ofori Sarpong, is developing Special Towers on Lagos Avenue in East Legon, with studios to penthouses being sold off-plan.

Ghanaian businessman Dr Ernest Ofori Sarpong is developing a luxury residential high-rise, Special Towers, along Lagos Avenue in East Legon, Accra, through his property company Special Homes Limited.

A promotional reel shared by Accra radio station Okay 101.7 FM blended CGI-rendered lobby walkthroughs with aerial drone footage of the structure taking shape on site, giving the first detailed public look at the project.

According to the promotional material, the development will offer residences ranging from studio apartments to premium penthouses with party balconies, alongside a rooftop pool, a cloud bar and restaurant, a digital fitness lounge, a spa, smart security systems and electric vehicle charging points.

The project is currently in the construction phase, with units being sold off-plan. Its location in East Legon, one of Accra's most sought-after neighbourhoods, positions it close to the city's leading shopping, dining, business and leisure destinations.

Special Towers adds to Ofori Sarpong's existing residential portfolio, which includes Special Gardens, a 600-building apartment complex at Oyarifa. The launch comes amid continued demand for upscale accommodation in Ghana's capital, particularly among diaspora and business buyers drawn to East Legon.
