Written on

PromiseLand Estate is set to develop Tri Tower Abuja, a 22-storey mixed-use luxury project in the Central Business District of Nigeria’s Federal Capital Territory.

PromiseLand Estate, led by its Chief Executive Officer, Amb Lawrence Emmanuel, is set to develop a 22-storey mixed-use luxury real estate project, Tri Tower Abuja, in the Central Business District of the Federal Capital Territory.

The proposed development is designed as an integrated work, leisure, residential and investment destination, combining luxury residences, hospitality, business, entertainment and lifestyle facilities in one location, with the tower rising 22 floors above Abuja’s Central Business District.

The project will feature premium serviced apartments and luxury residences, including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments as well as four-bedroom penthouses. Other planned facilities include sky restaurants and lounges, retail and entertainment spaces, a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym and wellness centre, recreational facilities, smart-building technology and premium security.

The development will also provide dedicated commercial and business spaces, alongside hospitality and short-let opportunities for investors. PromiseLand Estate said Tri Tower Abuja is designed to cater to modern investors seeking premium real estate for personal use as well as potential rental income.

The developer said the project is expected to position the tower as a destination for residential, commercial and lifestyle activities within Abuja’s Central Business District, describing it as a major addition to the capital’s evolving real estate landscape.
