Life Sports Club has signed Genedy Construction to build phases two and three of its 25-feddan sports and social club on Mohamed Naguib Axis in New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement, following the launch of the first phase.
Life Sports Club has signed an agreement with Genedy Construction for the execution of phases two and three of its development in New Cairo, part of the club’s expansion plans following the launch of its first phase.
The club is located directly on Mohamed Naguib Axis in the Fifth Settlement and spans approximately 25 feddans. It combines athletic activities with social and recreational experiences and development programmes, and was established through a partnership between WellSpring and Mountain View.
Mr Maged Fawzy, Chairman of Life Sports Club, said signing the agreement for phases two and three marked an important milestone in the club’s journey, adding that the vision from the outset was to build more than just a sports club.
Dr Mohamed Genedy, Chairman of Genedy Construction, said the contractor was pleased to sign the agreement and proud to contribute to a project with a clear vision and strong ambition.
The club says it aims to serve children, young people, families, athletes and coaches, presenting itself as a community destination rather than a purely sporting facility.
Genedy Construction was established in 1984 and works across residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, transportation and healthcare sectors. Its portfolio includes Fustat Hills Park, SwanLake, Marina 8 By the Lake and high-speed rail stations in Al Qusiya and Manfalut, alongside projects for other developers.
