1159 Realty has unveiled a new residential development, NOVA HEIGHTS, in Lekki Scheme II, Abraham Adesanya, Lagos. The project was introduced at the company's Realtors Escape, an exclusive gathering of real estate professionals drawn from Lagos, Oyo and Ogun states.
The unveiling marks another step in the company's expansion in Lagos and its stated ambition to build a real estate brand that reflects the aspirations of a new generation of property buyers. The Realtors Escape brought together selected professionals for an evening of networking, conversation and relationship-building, and provided an opportunity for the company to recognise the contributions of realtors and strengthen collaboration with its distribution partners.

As part of its rollout strategy, 1159 Realty is planning a structured pre-launch period for NOVA HEIGHTS running through December, with sales expected to commence in January. The company also plans an on-site inspection for participating realtors, giving them the opportunity to experience the location first-hand and build product knowledge ahead of the sales launch.
