Royal Kingdom Estate Unveils 500-Acre Eco-City Project in Aburi

Written on

One of Ghana’s largest planned residential communities is taking shape in Aburi. The 500-acre eco-development aims to blend modern infrastructure with green living in a fast-growing investment corridor.

Royal Kingdom Estate has launched a 500-acre eco-community project in Aburi, positioning it as one of the largest master-planned residential developments currently being pursued in Ghana. The project was unveiled during the Ghana-UK Investment Summit and is designed to combine housing, infrastructure, and green spaces within a single integrated community.

Located in the Eastern Region’s increasingly popular residential corridor, the development will feature serviced plots, road networks, drainage systems, utilities, security infrastructure, and dedicated green areas. Developers say the project responds to growing demand for organized communities that offer both sustainability and long-term property value.

The launch reflects a broader trend toward large-scale, lifestyle-focused developments outside Accra as buyers seek more space and improved living environments. If successfully delivered, the project could strengthen Aburi’s reputation as a key destination for residential investment and eco-conscious urban expansion.
