Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has defended his administration’s allocation of more than 2,000 plots, saying the program is designed to reduce the housing deficit and expand homeownership. The governor has urged beneficiaries to develop their plots rather than sell or hold them for speculative gains.
