Hassan Allam Properties launches Xchange commercial hub in Mostakbal City

Hassan Allam Properties has launched Xchange, a commercial and administrative destination spanning more than 30,000 square metres within its Haptown development in Mostakbal City, east of Cairo.
Hassan Allam Properties, one of Egypt's leading real estate development companies, has announced the launch of Xchange, its new commercial destination within its Haptown development in Mostakbal City. Xchange comprises administrative and commercial units, restaurants and healthcare clinics.
The destination is designed to become the leading commercial and administrative hub in Mostakbal City, extending over an area of more than 30,000 square metres. It is intended to serve Hassan Allam's growing communities as well as visitors and residents of Mostakbal City, which is expected to reach a future population base of approximately 500,000 residents.
The administrative buildings offer a variety of configurations, from a ground floor and one upper floor to a ground floor and four upper floors, providing flexibility for smaller offices, clinics and larger spaces for companies. Architecturally, the scheme is inspired by the character of European plazas and is centred on three large open plazas between the building masses.
Mohamed Allam, CEO and Vice Chairman of Hassan Allam Properties, said Xchange marks a new chapter in the company's expansion in Mostakbal City and provides a commercial and administrative destination bringing together offices, retail and healthcare. He said the company recognised the potential of Mostakbal City eight years ago and anticipated its development into the natural extension of New Cairo.
The launch builds on the company's residential work in Mostakbal City, including Haptown with about 3,000 residential units, most of which have been sold and are being handed over; The Valleys with more than 600 fully finished homes; and Park Central, which features green spaces spanning about 500,000 square metres.
